These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and GetMyPosters ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operated from Dhanuki More, Kumhrar, Patna, Bihar 800030, India.

By accessing or using the GetMyPosters service — including our website at getmyposters.com, our WhatsApp Business number +91 90318 24711, or any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

GetMyPosters is India's WhatsApp-first festival poster service for small and medium businesses. We provide:

• Branded festival posters — Automatically generated posters with your business name, logo, city, and category, delivered on WhatsApp before every Indian festival and event.
• Auto-delivery — Posters are sent automatically one day (D-1) before each upcoming festival as per your subscribed plan.
• On-demand posters — Creative credits that allow you to request custom or special-occasion posters outside the festival calendar.
• Multi-language support — Posters in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, and other regional languages depending on your plan.
• Brand Kit — Your business logo, name, and category stored to auto-brand every poster.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature of our service with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

To use GetMyPosters, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid WhatsApp account with an active Indian mobile number.
• Be using the service for legitimate business purposes — promotions, branding, and marketing for a real business or organisation.
• Have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these eligibility criteria.

Your "account" with GetMyPosters is tied to your WhatsApp phone number. Since we are a WhatsApp-first service, there is no traditional login or password. You are responsible for:

• Accuracy — Providing accurate business information (name, city, category, logo) when you sign up.
• Authorisation — Ensuring you are authorised to use any logo, branding, or imagery you share with us.
• Security — Maintaining control of your WhatsApp account. We are not responsible for unauthorised access to your WhatsApp.
• Notifications — Keeping your WhatsApp active and reachable for poster delivery and service communications.

GetMyPosters offers the following subscription plans, billed annually in Indian Rupees (₹):

Plan features, credit limits, and pricing are subject to change. Any changes to your current subscription pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

All paid plans are billed annually (one-time yearly payment). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Currency — All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST where required.
• Payment methods — We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other payment methods as offered on our WhatsApp or website at the time of purchase.
• Annual billing — Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of payment. There is no automatic recurring billing — renewal is manual and initiated by you.
• Activation — Your plan is activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation on WhatsApp.
• Receipt — A payment confirmation will be sent to you on WhatsApp. GST invoice available on request.

We want you to be satisfied with GetMyPosters. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

To request a cancellation or refund, message us on WhatsApp at +91 90318 24711 within the eligible period. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Your content: You retain full ownership of your business name, logo, and any other materials you share with us. By sharing them, you grant GetMyPosters a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them solely for the purpose of creating your branded posters.

Our content: All poster templates, designs, graphics, artwork, software, website content, and branding created by GetMyPosters are our exclusive property and protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

Delivered posters: Once a poster is delivered to you, you have a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own business promotion — social media, print, digital, WhatsApp Status, and similar uses.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense poster templates or designs to third parties.
• You may not claim ownership of the underlying design templates or artwork.
• You may not remove or alter the GetMyPosters watermark on free-tier posters.
• You may edit delivered posters for your own promotional use after removing the watermark on paid plans.

You agree to use GetMyPosters only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our service to:

• Create or distribute posters with false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
• Promote illegal products, services, or activities under Indian law.
• Generate posters that contain offensive, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or discriminatory content.
• Impersonate another business, brand, or person — including using another company's logo without authorisation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our poster templates, designs, or backend systems.
• Use the service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair GetMyPosters or its other users.
• Violate any applicable Indian or international law, regulation, or guideline.

Violation of this Acceptable Use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Our service is delivered via WhatsApp Business API, governed by Meta Platforms, Inc.'s policies. By using GetMyPosters, you also acknowledge and agree to:

• WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Receiving automated WhatsApp messages from us for poster delivery and service notifications.
• The fact that WhatsApp delivery is subject to Meta's infrastructure, and we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or delivery in cases of Meta platform outages.
• Opting out at any time by sending "STOP" to our WhatsApp number, which will pause your poster auto-delivery.

GetMyPosters is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Festival poster designs will meet your specific aesthetic preferences in every case.
• The service will always be available on any given date or festival.
• Results from using our service (e.g. increased footfall, sales, engagement) are guaranteed.

We make reasonable efforts to deliver posters before every Indian festival on the calendar, but dates may vary due to regional observances, and festival calendars are maintained by us in good faith.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetMyPosters and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
• Loss of business, revenue, data, goodwill, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Damages arising from third-party actions, including WhatsApp/Meta platform issues.
• Any content you post publicly using posters delivered by us.

In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Free plan users acknowledge that no payment was made and our liability is accordingly nil.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetMyPosters, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the GetMyPosters service.
• Your violation of these Terms of Service.
• Any content, logo, or business information you provide to us.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Any claim that your business or content is infringing, fraudulent, or harmful.

By you: You may stop using GetMyPosters at any time by sending "STOP" on WhatsApp. To cancel a paid subscription and request a refund (if eligible), message us directly.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access to GetMyPosters immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• We believe your use poses a legal, ethical, or reputational risk to our service.
• You engage in fraudulent activity (e.g. chargebacks without legitimate grounds).
• We are required to do so by law or a governmental authority.

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of GetMyPosters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar, India.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us on WhatsApp or at legal@getmyposters.com. We commit to responding within 5 business days for any formal dispute communication.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• The "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised.
• Active paid subscribers will be notified via WhatsApp for any material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
• Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
