We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not completely satisfied with GetMyPosters within 7 days of your purchase, contact us via WhatsApp and we will issue a complete refund — no questions asked, no paperwork required.

At GetMyPosters, we are committed to delivering genuine value to every Indian small business. We understand that trying a new service requires trust. That is why our refund policy is designed to be simple, fair, and hassle-free.

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription plans offered by GetMyPosters — Basic (₹999/year), Premium (₹2,499/year), and Enterprise (₹7,999/year). The Free Plan has no charges and is therefore not covered by this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is made within 7 calendar days of your original payment date.
  • You contact us directly via WhatsApp (+91 90318 24711) or email with your registered business name and payment details.
  • Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service.
  • The payment was made for a GetMyPosters paid plan (Basic, Premium, or Enterprise).

Good to know: We do not require you to explain why you want a refund. If you are within 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund unconditionally.

Enterprise plans: For Enterprise customers, refund requests after 7 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the usage and circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:

  • Refund requests made after 7 calendar days from the original payment date (except Enterprise plan case-by-case).
  • The Free Plan — there is no charge, so no refund applies.
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or misuse of the platform.
  • Add-on credits or one-time purchases that have already been redeemed or used to generate posters.
  • Refund requests made by a third party — only the registered account holder can request a refund.
  • Situations where the service was unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, internet outages, etc.) for less than 48 hours.

Please note: Annual plan fees are charged upfront for the entire year. Partial refunds for unused months after the 7-day window are not provided. We encourage you to use the Free Plan first before upgrading.

5. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Just follow these steps:

Provide your payment reference number or UPI transaction ID and the email or WhatsApp number used at the time of purchase.

Our team will verify your eligibility and confirm your refund request — usually within 24 hours on business days.

Refund is processed
Your refund is credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation message.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the processing timeline is as follows:

  • Approval confirmation: Within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, 9am–7pm IST).
  • UPI / Bank Transfer: 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Credit / Debit Card: 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days after approval.

Bank processing delays: Actual credit to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If your refund has not been received after 10 business days, please contact us with your transaction ID.

7. Plan Cancellation

You may cancel your GetMyPosters plan at any time — there is no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation can be requested via WhatsApp at +91 90318 24711 or by emailing hello@getmyposters.com.
  • Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing year (since all plans are annual).
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • If your cancellation request is within the 7-day refund window, you are eligible for a full refund as described above.
  • Your brand profile and poster history will be preserved for 90 days after cancellation, after which they may be deleted.

Downgrade option: Instead of cancelling, you can also downgrade to the Free Plan. Your first 5 posters will remain watermark-free. Contact us on WhatsApp to request a downgrade.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. In most cases, we can resolve the issue faster and more smoothly through direct communication.

  • If you believe a payment was made in error or without authorisation, contact us immediately at +91 90318 24711.
  • We will investigate and respond within 1–2 business days.
  • Filing a chargeback while a refund is already being processed may cause delays and additional complications.
  • Accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently suspended.
