GetMyPosters ("we", "us", "our") is a WhatsApp-first festival poster service operated by GetMyPosters, Dhanuki More, Kumhrar, Patna, Bihar 800030, India. We create and deliver branded festival posters to Indian small businesses automatically via WhatsApp.
By messaging us on WhatsApp, visiting getmyposters.com, or using any part of our service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Short version: We only collect what's needed to create and deliver your posters. We don't sell your data. Ever.

We collect only the minimum information required to deliver your branded festival posters on time:

How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to provide and improve the GetMyPosters service:
- Create branded posters — Your business name, logo, and category are embedded in every poster we generate.
- Auto-deliver on WhatsApp — Your phone number is used to send posters one day before each festival.
- Manage your subscription — We maintain records of your plan to provide the right features and billing.
- Provide customer support — Your conversation history helps us resolve issues faster.
- Improve our service — Anonymised usage data helps us build better designs and features.
- Send service notifications — Important updates about your plan, festivals, or service changes.
We will never use your data for third-party marketing, sell it to advertisers, or share it with data brokers. Your business info stays yours.
WhatsApp & Meta
Our service operates primarily through the WhatsApp Business API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you interact with us on WhatsApp:
- Your messages are processed by Meta per the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
- We access your messages and phone number via WhatsApp Business API to deliver your posters.
- We do not store full message histories beyond what's needed for support and service delivery.
- You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by sending "STOP" on WhatsApp.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted cloud servers. We maintain these safeguards:
- Encrypted storage — All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
- Secure transmission — All data in transit is protected by HTTPS / TLS.
- Access controls — Only authorised team members can access your data, on a strict need-to-know basis.
- Data minimisation — We store only what is necessary to operate the service.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, in case you wish to resume.
Your Rights
Under applicable Indian data protection laws and our own commitment to you, you have the following rights:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — Ask us to update or correct inaccurate information (e.g. your business name or city).
- Deletion — Request deletion of your data. We'll comply within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Opt-out — Stop receiving posters or messages by sending "STOP" on WhatsApp at any time.
- Data portability — Request your data in a portable format (CSV or JSON).
- Withdraw consent — Withdraw consent for data processing at any time, which may affect your ability to use the service.

Children's Privacy
GetMyPosters is a service for business owners and is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will promptly delete it.
